Antipasti platter

There is nothing more comforting and heartwarming than sitting together with friends and family and share old stories and good food. To make it even nicer we have put together an antipasti platter for you to comfort you and your guests without taking too much time of preparation.

Ingredients

White bean paste

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 g cooked white beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Avocado cream

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 untreated lime (juice & zest of peel)
  • 1 tsp salt

Antipasti

  • 150 g black olives
  • 150 g green grilled olives
  • 80 g caper apples
  • 150 g filled wine leaves
  • 3 pickled artichoke hearts
  • 80 g grilled peppers

Instructions

White bean paste

  • Peel and finely chop garlic. Fry briefly in a tablespoon of olive oil without turning brown.
  • Remove from heat and add beans, salt, lemon juice and remaining olive oil.
  • Puree everything.

Avocado cream

  • Puree all ingredients.

Fruit & vegetables

  • Halve the artichoke hearts, passion fruit & figs.
  • Cut the avocado into wedges.

Arrange platter

  • Arrange everything on a large platter and serve with ciabatta or italian corn bread.

With this platter we want to give you an inspiration for a pretty fast dish to serve for guests. All items can of course be varied and everybody will be happy.
